I could not quite decide how to do this post but then Amy Beth linked to her year in review for 2008 and I knew that would be the easiest and most fun way to share with you my journey of 2009. I had such fun going through my posts for this year. Wow. What a work He has done in me my peaches. I am so thankful for His chisel and hammer because when I look back I cannot help but rejoice in all that He has done!! (you might want to remind me I wrote that later! haha)
Also...I have one fun update at the end of this post about one of the February posts :o)
January was a busy month for my heart. I wrote about Hitches, a Light Bulb Moment, A quandary, Nashville, and something Different.
February was a month of highs and low. It had a Surprise and a Loss. I also wondered about What If and shared about the wonders of Friendship.
March was quite the month as I had Several Confirmations from our Father. I also shared with you something that broke my heart...and I got personal about My Wall.
April brought about Bittersweet and Sweetness. I also had Words Spoken Over Me and a reminder or two of His Faithfulness. I stepped out of my comfort zone with a different writing style for Taking my Place and again with a post about A Rebel.
May was a month of learning as I realized How I Manipulated God at times for my needs. I also explored my Love of Photography and PSE and Wondered about things of the past. I was also reminded that every moment of you life is Meaningful.
June ushered in some braveness and I posted my most popular post of 2009, I am Glad Jesus was not a Christian. I also reminded you He Repairs. I Realized some things and shared with you insight into a teenage girl's mind about Our Heart, Jesus Crib.
July gave me Gifts for the Journey, a new outlook on my Dreams, and a C Word Scare. I also introduced you to my sweet cousin Jennifer and got a Song Stuck in My Head and it's still a favorite.
In August I shared how God was Constant, Surprising, and Love in my life. These posts were possibly the most I have shared about my personal life. One of my favorite posts was Rain.
September was a month of Yellow Butterflies. I also answered your Questions and started my Quotable fun!
October brought about Wonderful News and a hard post for me to write about Insecurities. I also watched The Heavens Declare the Glory of our God and talked about Observing Others. I also wrote possible the greatest titled post this year.
November came and I shared about my love of Butterflies, Some of my favorite Words from Someone Else, and my favorite post of 2009 I am the Girl that....
December was a fun month with sharing my obsession with Christmas Music and Movies. I also shared my thoughs on A Baby Born and Things I Learned during a tough week.
So there you have it...a few of my favorite posts about my year of Journey.
I do have something wonderful to tell you about my friend I wrote about in the February post, Loss. Becky is pregnant!! She is 19 weeks along...and it's a BOY! I so cannot wait to meet that sweet boy...a wonderful gift to my friends from our Father.
So, dear Peaches, did you have a favorite Critty Joy post this year? I hope you have enjoyed the journey this year and I cannot wait to journey with each of you in 2010. You bless me.
I totally agree with Victoria. That post really moved me. Well, and all of the other ones.
What a great way to talk about your year!
Can I just say that I love your themes? I do, I really do.
