Well hello there friends....it's Friday and I have several bits of randomness for your today :)
First, I would just like to share that I had a dream about my toothbrush Wednesday night. Yes, my toothbrush. Someone took it and I was hopping mad.
Ok.
Stop laughing now.
Really.
Stop.
Ok well.
It is time to answer my fun questions! I am way excited as y'all ask some fabulous questions!
Sweet Kristen asked the first question: If money were of no concern, where would you travel, who would you take and what would you want to see?
I would choose two places. One for learning. I would love to travel to Israel. To see where Jesus walked, where He was born, where He died. I long to go there. And one is for pleasure. I would love to tour Europe. France, Greece, Ireland, Scotland....oh I could keep going. I want to see EVERYTHING. As for who I would take...anyone who would want to go! Seriously I would love to take a huge group of my favorite friends! IRL and Internet friends :)
Sigh. A girl after my own heart. I LOVE me some Golden Girls :) I am most like Rose, to be honest. But who would I really want to be? Sophia. She was spirited and a hoot! And she spoke her mind. She did not care what other's thought of her...and I need to work on that...I care. A little too much. Plus...her purse...to die for. hehe.
My favorite caf...erhm...decaffeineated friend, Andrea asked this: What kind of book would you write and what would it's premise be? And will you send me a copy?!
I have long wanted to write a fiction book. I am not sure what the premise would be as it changes...often. I have several beginnings saved...so one day we will see. And of course I would send you a copy...autographed!
Another new bloggy friend, Kim, asked this: Do you only read a book once, or do you re-read your favorites?
Oh, Kim. My love of books knows no bounds. I am a re-reader for sure! One of my favorite things to do is re-read a series before the next book comes out... of course I also just love books and re-read my favorites at least once a year. Some people don't understand how I do it but to me it is just like re-watching a movie.... what's the difference I always ask :) Some people re-watch movies...well I re-read books :)
The oh so FUN Christy asked this: If you could choose to have one super-power, what would it be? How would you be most likely to use it?
I love this question and I have been thinking about it for a week...so many choices! But I would choose to FLY! Then I could go visit all of my favorite people whenever I wanted. Sigh...it makes me wish we could have superpowers! Because the idea of seeing some of my dear friends makes me oh so happy.
Wonderful Jennifer asked me this question: If they made a movie of your life would it be a drama or a comedy? And what actors would you cast?
Comedy for sure. Life is to short not to Laugh! And I feel like laughter is an important part of life (you did nickname me joyous, right Jenn?:) I would love for Anne Hathaway to be me because I think she is fabulous. And I would have to make me up a love interest so John Cusack could be in it :o) And I would somehow fit Queen Latifah in because she makes me laugh. Oh man...I could go on and on with this question.
And finally. I saved awesome Alihsee's question for last: What are 3 of your favourite blogs & what makes them so special for you?
I am actually going to tie this in with an award I received from the Lovely Chere this week.
My three favorites are Jennifer, Andrea, and Kristen because they are so very dear to me as friends, and they have encouraged me tremendously with my bloggy and just in life. So those are the three blogs I never miss!
But.
I have some other favorites...
Chere gave me this award this week: (Thank YOU! I am honored:)
and so I am going to share some other favorites with you!
The three favorites above and these fabulous blogs:
David (I know this is a girly award...but I love your blog :)
Diane (she is new to the blogging world and a hoot!)
The Rules:
1) Accept the award and post it on your blog along with the name of the person who gave you the award and a link to their blog.
2) Pass the award along to 15 lovely blogs you’ve recently discovered, remembering to let them know they’ve won by leaving them a comment! (ok so some of mine are not recent discoveries but I still love them and I want to share this award with them!)
Ok, ok I broke the rules just a little :P It 's my blog and I LOVE these blogs, they are my friends and encourage me and that makes my day brighter.
So, that was a lot of randomness! I had a blast answering your questions and I think I will have to do this again soon!
For more Caffeinated Randomness (and to join in the fun!) go visit Andrea at Under Grace Over Coffee.
Have a lovely weekend,
Okay so I'm a little slow! Not until I read David's blog and that he won this award did I really notice. Am I supposed to put this on my blog and pass it on too?

Ok, I am glad I came by as Joyce stated above. You are too funny. I would prefer for my toothbrush to be left alone as well... On all the others, my fave would be The Europe and Israel travel. Hope you one day make those trips. I would love to follow the steps of Jesus and go to Italy. (Can you say PASTA?)
Stop by and share some coffee.

I tried to stop laughing, I truly did. ;-)
I never would have though of Anne and John. That would be fantastic!
And I totally agree about the book/movie thing. I read mine over and over again. =}

I would want to visit Israel and travel throughout Europe too! Great minds, girl. Great minds!
And then you give my writers at Exemplify an award! Goodness, gracious, the love is spilling over and making me smile big time.

Aww... you are too sweet to mention me. Oh, wait.. I didn't click on the name to make sure it was actually me or if it was another Christy! Well, if it wasn't me, then it is now... lol!
And I actually said "YES!" out loud when I read your answer to my question. I would pick flying too... hands down... no contest!
And I'd travel the world with you any day! Hey, we could fly!!
