The purpose of Word filled Wednesday is to share God’s word (no famous quotes or other literature — only the beautiful word of our Father) through photo’s & a Bible verse!
***MckLinky is below so you can join us in the WFW Fun :)
I made this over a month ago. A friend sent me a card of encouragement with this verse. It was perfect timing. After I read the verse I knew I wanted to make it something special and knew just the photo to use. I also quickly memorized this verse and when things are hard or I feel so exhausted and cannot go on...I repeat this to myself as a reminder....He is my Sustainer. He is my Rescuer. He is already carrying me.

Blessings and thank you Christy...for the beautiful footprints in the sand photo & wonderful verse of WHO HE IS from Isaiah. I'm so thankful that with my gray hairs & old age of 55...He IS MY SUSTAINER & still MY RESCUER! He saved me from drowning at a beach like this when a current pulled me out & under, and even the lifeguards would not venture in for me...they just shouted to swim with the current not against it! A lesson learned and the LORD saves in more than one way! He is my breath & the air beneath my wings (from another part of Isaiah)! Great verse to memorize and call to mind! Thanks for being WFW hostess! Glad I had power & server to link tonight still. enJOY a WORD FILLED WEDS and a blessed week!

Oh Christy, this is just one of my grounding verses. As I age (62 tomorrow!) I find just how blessed I am to know that He will always sustain, carry and rescue me. Your placing this verse over the footsteps in the sand photo blend beautifully. As we take each step in this life, He is there... sometimes beside us, sometimes carrying us just as the wonderful poem relays.
May your day be blessed and a blessing. ~ linda
