Out of the 15 books on my first list I read 10. I am still reading 2. And I did not read 3 at all.
I made a second list:
I read all 12 books on this list.
For a total of 22 books....plus all of my favorites I re-read, what can I say I LOVE to re-read :)
Now for some fun questions Katrina had up on her blog:
Did you finish reading all the books on your spring reading list? If not, why not? Well I am still currently reading two as I feel the need to savor what they are saying, I am learning a lot. And I did not read two off of my list because I just could not handle the subject matter at this time...I hope over the next several months to read them. And 1 I did not read at all because it did not interest me.
Did you stick to your original goals or did you change your list as you went along? I did stick with my original list and I added a second list as I went along :)
What was your favorite book that you read this spring? Least favorite? Why? My most favorite was Julie Lessman's A Passion Denied, I have waited for that book for months and months! I also really enjoyed Nothing But Trouble by Susan May Warren. I am not finished with it yet but Confessions of A Good Christian Girl by Tammy Maltby is changing my view on so many things and helping me see it is okay not to be perfect. I cannot think of a least favorite...of course I only choose books I want to read :) haha!
What was your favorite thing about the challenge? I think that I had everything organized in goodreads....and I discovered how much I love that website! And that there were so many other people doing it! It was fun to go to a blog and see they were doing the challenge too!
I cannot wait for the Fall Into Reading 2009 challenge! This was so much fun!
